The Vincent Zhou (Last Flight) film takes place five years in the future aboard a newly commissioned luxury aircraft capable of non-stop around the world flight. Somewhere over the Pacific Ocean something strange occurs that places the craft and its passengers in mortal danger.
Starring along side Routh will be Zhang YuQi best known for her voice work in “CJ7” and her breathtaking live-action performance in “White Deer Plain.”
This new sci-fi adventure was originally titled “Last Flight II: Lost in the Pacific” but has been shortened to “Lost In the Pacific.” The first film, “Last Flight” also centered around a aerial aircraft disaster and starred “Gossip Girl” actor Ed Westwick and “Marco Polo” star Zhu Zhu. The special effects for this sequel will be extensive and is headed by renowned Star Trek visual effects supervisor Bruce Jones.
The film is being shot in 3D with production set to go full bore this Spring.
